02. Reconstruction Principles
iLoveOCR provides multi-dimensional document reconstruction services, including but not limited to OCR recognition, high-fidelity layout restoration, and Searchable PDF generation.

You agree not to perform malicious requests or stress tests via unauthorized automated scripts or bots.

Our pricing model is divided into Prepaid (Pay-as-you-go) and Subscription (Recurring) tiers.

04. Privacy Barrier & Zero Retention
Privacy is not an option; it is our fundamental logic. Based on our "Zero Data Residency" protocol, all files are physically destroyed from dynamic memory immediately upon completion.
iLoveOCR does not backup, monitor, or train on your data. Since we maintain no copies, ensure you hold the original files. We assume no legal liability for data loss due to transmission interruptions.
05. Refund Protection & SLAs
We guarantee 99.9% system availability. If a server-side failure on iLoveOCR leads to recognition errors, we provide the following protections:
- Instant restoration of consumed credits
- Pro-rata refunds if availability drops below 99.0% due to force majeure
Note: Due to the nature of digital services, errors caused by damaged, encrypted, or unsupported file formats are excluded from refunds. Please use the free tier for evaluation first.
